How do you count organization size?
We operate on an honor system. When you sign up, you tell us approximately how many people are in your organization (fewer than 50, or 50+). If usage patterns significantly exceed normal ranges for your plan, we may reach out in a friendly way to chat about upgrading. This keeps everything simple and trust-based.
What happens if we grow past 50 people?
Just let us know and we'll upgrade you to the Large Team plan. We may also notice usage patterns that suggest you've grown and reach out to confirm. Either way, the transition is seamless with no service disruption.
